Nostrum developed and executed a new television commercial for Long Beach Transit that has won 1st place in the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) Ad Wheel Awards for best commercial in the category: “Television Advertisement or Public Service Announcement- A single promotional, sales, public service or informational television commercial.” Competition was among transit agencies nationwide that have 4 million-30 million annual passenger trips.
